Made with less waste

Better choices,
layer by layer.

Every making process uses energy and material. Our job is to be honest about that—and make practical choices that reduce waste from design to delivery. Our first collection happens to be 3D printed; the same standard will guide everything we make next.

01 / 06

PLA first

Our core range is printed in PLA, a plastic made from renewable plant-based feedstocks. We choose it carefully and use only the material each design needs.

02 / 06

Made only when ordered

No warehouse of unwanted stock. Every object begins with a customer design, and each file is checked before printing to reduce failed jobs.

03 / 06

Designed to use less

We orient parts to avoid disposable supports, use efficient infill and batch compatible orders. Offcuts and failed prints are kept separate for specialist recovery routes.

04 / 06

Paper-based packaging

Right-sized recycled or responsibly sourced card, paper tape and paper protection—without decorative plastic filling.

05 / 06

A more efficient studio

Compact printers, grouped production runs and a renewable electricity tariff are part of the launch plan. We’ll publish progress as each commitment is in place.

06 / 06

Keep it in use

We design for durability and will offer replacement parts where practical. Longer use is better than promising a perfect end-of-life solution.

A straight answer about PLA

Plant-based doesn’t mean planet-proof.

PLA is biobased, but a finished PLA print should not be described as home-compostable or placed in household recycling unless your local service explicitly accepts it. Industrial composting requires specific certified materials and facilities. We prioritise using less, making durable objects and finding specialist recovery routes.
